Our Story

Founded on Flavour

Established in 2022 in Mississauga, Bombay Bar & Grill was created to bring together the bold spices of India and the unique flavors of Nepali cuisine.

Our menu celebrates authentic Himalayan influences combined with modern culinary creativity. Every dish is carefully prepared using traditional spices, fresh ingredients, and recipes inspired by generations of Himalayan cooking.

Rajesh Pandey

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rajesh Pandey has built a strong reputation for delivering authentic flavors and memorable dining experiences. His culinary journey began as a chef in Dubai, followed by his work in Canada at renowned hotels including Radisson.

Driven by passion for Himalayan and South Asian cuisine, he founded Bombay Bar & Grill in Mississauga, along with other successful restaurants including Hakka N’ Jerk and Gorkha Palace in Toronto.

Through his dedication to quality, tradition, and innovation, Rajesh continues to bring authentic Nepali and fusion flavors to the GTA, serving dishes that celebrate rich spices, culture, and community.
